1. General principle
QuickJobin must remain a safe, clear and respectful place for local work. These guidelines apply to profiles, photographs, listings, applications, invitations, reviews and contact initiated through the platform.

3. Clear and lawful listings
- State the duties, schedule, location, pay, vacancies and requirements before applications are submitted.
- Do not materially change agreed conditions without the worker's consent.
- Do not publish illegal work, unsafe work without appropriate information and protection, or work that breaches employment and safety law.
- Never request application fees, reservation fees, mandatory kit purchases or money transfers.
4. Respect and non-discrimination
Insults, threats, intimidation, stalking, sexual harassment, hate speech and discrimination are prohibited. Selection criteria must relate to the role and comply with applicable law.

Content that promotes violence, exploitation, human trafficking, sexual services, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, self-harm, terrorism, child abuse, criminal activity or dangerous instructions is prohibited.
10. Reviews
Review only genuine experiences. Focus on punctuality, communication, fulfilment and conditions. Reviews may not be used for revenge, extortion, exposing personal data or attacks on dignity.
11. Cancellations
Communicate cancellations as soon as possible. No-shows, repeated abusive cancellations and false approvals may lead to account restrictions.
12. Reporting
Use the in-app reporting tools or contact email@quickjobin.com. Identify the listing or account and provide a concise description, relevant dates and lawful evidence. Reports of allegedly illegal content should explain why the content may be illegal.
13. Consequences
