2. Nature of the service

QuickJobin is a digital intermediary service allowing users to publish and find occasional work. By default, it does not act as employer, temporary-work agency, representative, insurer, payment institution or guarantor of obligations agreed between users.

3. User-provided information

Listings, profiles, photographs, availability, reviews and conditions are supplied by users. QuickJobin may moderate content but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or accurate. Before accepting work, users should verify identity, conditions, location, pay, safety and legal framework.

4. Intellectual property

QuickJobin, the QJ symbol, lettering, visual identity, interface, software and original content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Reproduction, reverse engineering, automated scraping, brand imitation or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where permitted by law or authorised in writing.

5. External services

The website may link to the App Store, WhatsApp or other third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond QuickJobin's control. Absolute continuity or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. User responsibility

Workers and employers are responsible for complying with all employment, tax, social-security, health and safety, licensing, insurance, invoicing and payment obligations applicable to their specific arrangement.

8. Complaints and disputes

Users may contact email@quickjobin.com. Where legally applicable and once the operator's registration details are complete, the site will provide access to Portugal's Electronic Complaints Book and relevant consumer alternative-dispute-resolution information.

9. Governing law

The service is governed by Portuguese law and directly applicable European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules.
