1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms govern access to quickjobin.com, the QuickJobin mobile app and related services. Creating an account, posting a listing, applying for work or continuing to use the platform constitutes acceptance.

2. Platform role

QuickJobin provides digital tools that connect available workers and businesses or employers. Unless expressly stated, QuickJobin is not a party to the agreement, does not direct the work, does not guarantee payment and does not process work payments in the current version.

3. Eligibility

  • Workers must be at least 18 and legally able to contract.
  • Anyone posting for a business must be authorised to do so.
  • False identities, unauthorised third-party data and attempts to bypass suspension are prohibited.

4. Accounts

Information must be accurate and current. Users must protect credentials and report unauthorised access. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

5. Profiles

Workers may add identity, photo, date of birth, telephone, biography, area, availability and accepted categories. Employers must accurately identify their organisation and contact person.

6. Listings

Listings must clearly state duties, location, date, hours, proposed pay, vacancies, requirements and relevant conditions. Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, exploitative, unsafe or fee-charging listings are prohibited.

7. Applications and selection

Applications remain pending until the employer decides. QuickJobin does not guarantee approval or work. Employers are responsible for lawful, objective selection. Contact details may be released after approval.

8. Worker-employer relationship

The parties must determine and comply with the correct employment, tax, social-security, insurance, licensing, pay, health and safety framework. Calling work “occasional” does not override mandatory law.

9. Payments

QuickJobin currently does not collect or distribute work payments. Amount, method, timing, invoicing and cancellation consequences must be agreed directly.

10. Communications

Within an application or proposal, users may contact each other by telephone, email or WhatsApp. Contacts may not be used for spam, unrelated marketing, harassment or fraud.

11. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine completed work and remain relevant and respectful. Fake, paid, retaliatory, extortionate, discriminatory or privacy-invasive reviews are prohibited.

12. Cancellations

Pending applications may be withdrawn. Once approved, cancellation should be promptly communicated. Repeated no-shows or abusive cancellations may lead to restrictions.

13. Moderation and reports

QuickJobin may investigate, request information, reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts where rules, law or safety are at risk. Decisions may be challenged at email@quickjobin.com.

14. Illegal content

Reports should identify the content, location, reasons for alleged illegality and contact details where required. Reports must be made in good faith. Relevant matters may be referred to competent authorities.

15. Intellectual property

QuickJobin branding, software, design and original materials are protected. Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant a limited licence necessary to host, technically adapt, display and promote it within the service.

16. Availability and changes

Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed. Material term changes will be communicated when required.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, QuickJobin is not responsible for user acts, full accuracy of profiles or listings, work quality, accidents, non-payment, employment classification or external communications. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Account closure

Users may request account deletion inside the app. Access is disabled immediately and personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except for information that must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, legal claims or moderation records. During that period, the user may explicitly cancel the request; simply signing in does not cancel it.

19. Governing law

Portuguese law and directly applicable EU law apply, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or competent-court rules.
